Does anyone have any information on this piece?

    Who made it?
Why is there a hole drilled in the center?

    - 7.5” wide
    - 3.5” tall
    - Approximately 5lbs

Maybe part of a candle luster/lustre, something that way? Clearly not suited to serve as a bowl unless a metal pedestal screwed on.

Point is, it's an element from something larger, not complete in itself. Photos & weight suggest lead crystal, not plain glass.

Do the photos I’ve provided give any indication as to manufacturer or year produced?

    Does anyone recognize the pattern?
