    No idea. It could come from a lot of places. It's a combination of several kinds of seed bead. They look like they're European, which doesn't mean much. I could see something like that coming out of eastern Turkey, other parts of central Asia, North Africa or even South America. The African beadwork I'm used to seeing uses brighter colors but that could just be the tourist tat.

    It looks like a table runner from Pier 1 Imports. I have one that is identical, measures 35 inches long. Not old, bought it from Pier 1 in the past few years. Originally priced $59.95. I paid $8.98 on clearance.
