Of course, that may not be her signature. As I'm sure you know, publicity photographs were often signed by the studio's clerical staff.

I took one of my known signatures from her and like I've done more than a few times in the past, compared them. I don't believe it to be a secretarial and to be really her signature. That is if it's not a print and it is live ink. That doesn't mean I'm right but there is no obvious differences and that's what I always look for more than the similarities. Doesn't appear to be any starts and stops and slow downs that is common with someone trying to copy a signature one letter or two letters at a time. I'd say that's a great signature and if you want to keep it from fading more than it already is, get it behind some UV glass and if displaying it, put it on a wall that does not have direct sunlight or close to lamps or lights or fluorescent bulbs. I make copies of mine and keep the original put up so I can display copies. Let those copies fade and not the originals.
