Age of Painting/Signature? Still Life, Oil on Canvas

Hello. Does this look like a Sunday artist? I am not sure about the age of the painting or the artist's name, but I would say maybe the mid to late 20th century. I just wanted to see what everyone else thought.

The size is approximately 12" x 16"
