Amber art glass jug?

    hi again all, measures about 16" tall and 27" around widest part of jug?
    what do u call this? and rough pontil on bottom

    My guess would be Mexican based on the bubbles, the rough pontil and the rigaree.

    Does anyone know if it's called rigaree if it's smooth or is that just the crimped glass?
