American Tribal Indian Knowledge Helpful Toy Drum with beaded animal foot symbols claw bird Help ID

To me a person with very little knowledge of american Indian Tribes this looks like a toy drum. I could be wrong.
I would like to know the tribe and what the symbols mean?
3 5/8" tall
7 5/8" diameter
The animal foot which I take to mean good luck is about 2" long

 

The footprint is bear paw/claw.

 

and that's why i don't do drums anymore.....they are just too unreliable for the long term..
yes...not a toy , but a gift shop item.....that now has no value......

 

The only thing "authentic" about this is the tiny remnant of a Zuni key fob, that someone tied onto the dime store drum. They were usually beaded over a rabbit's foot. (Which didn't prove very lucky for the rabbit in question.)

So this type of use of Native American symbols, like American names, to reference a line from Pulp Fiction, "don't mean s**t." The meanings are usually invented in order to sell a souvenir to gullible tourists, who have come to expect a universal meaning behind every design or pattern on Native American Indian-themed art.

 

Thanks for all your help and input the rabbit foot is cute. The rest will be discarded.
