    These make me think of Dugans three lines Pompeian, Venetian or Japanese. Not sure enough to say they are but worth checking out.

    Dougan seems like a good candidate. So far I've noticed that their vases bases are a bit differen - kind of wider, with the same decoration as the one on the bodies and no pointil scars.
