Bought this guy fir $6. Woman claimed she bought it while visiting Egypt. Amethyst? Value? It’s a bit bigger than I expected so probably going to sell it . 1382862E-F16C-4EF2-BC4D-B99F188EB74B.jpeg 7B8026CB-11C3-4253-9D7E-E810C88F3427.jpeg 0C2076DB-7E27-4DDF-B931-A6ADB45F6B07.jpeg 19758C9B-1526-475B-A280-44BDF559E960.jpeg

    $6 is a real bargain.:)
The 325 could be struck with a bad 925 punch.:wacky: The other mark is more important, it looks like an Egyptian assay mark, with the actual silver fineness. If it is, it was struck by the assayer, who tested the fineness.
Ashley, could you take a closeup photo of the assay mark?

Although the style with those beaded triangles looks pretty generic, it is certainly a style that can be found in the 'Citadine' or city jewellery of North Africa.
The Citadine style is really a name for different styles, all influenced by the communities living in the trading cities of North Africa, such as Berber, Arab, Moorish, Jewish and European.

This is an Algerian silver and citrine Citadine style 'medouar', a round fibula (converted to a brooch), late 19th century.

Your pendant looks like a recent example of the style.
    Ah, yes, the stringy stuff....:pompous:
Sorry haven't got a clue. But since the Citadine style generally uses real gemstones, it could be amethyst. No certainty though, best have it tested.

Thirded. The metal is almost certainly legit, but there's no way to be sure of the stone from a distance.
