Hi I came across this Amnesty International poster and I believe it is from Chile. I have tried every image search I know of and cannot find one similar. Also numerous search terms with the same lack of results. The quote at the top translates in english to,
"every individual has the right to life, liberty and the security of his person."
The paper is wrinkled and the ink on the prisoner and butterfly image appears to be applied to the paper in a thicker manner than just being printed on. Maybe like screen printing. It measures 21" by14 1/2". I'm clueless so any help will be very much appreciated.

Looks like it was Spray Mounted to a backing by a non-professional.

Thank you, I was wondering what would cause this. It's unfortunate and is quite prominent in any sort of light.
