Featured Amulet?

I found this capsule. The outside is brass, and the rolled up scroll inside is copper. There are inscriptions on the scroll, mostly illegible but seem to be symbols. I'm looking for more info if anyone knows about these

 

The capsule is around 2 inches long

It is a prayer scroll pendant, to wear on a necklace or string.

Prayer scroll pendants are worn from North Africa to deep into Asia, by various cultures and religions. But this holder is so basic it is impossible to pinpoint an origin, there are no features that are specific to a single culture.

Could you post a photo of the scroll and the symbols?

Can you hype-up the image a bit w/ yr phone's edit mode function ? You can fiddle w/ contrast,highlight,sharpness,etc.

 

I did as @boskos69 suggested, and it kind of appears there's some sort
of 'random' lettering at the bottom, but nothing I could put together....

It looks like a very rounded script form, as is seen in Burmese script. If I am right about the script, it is likely to be a Buddhist protective text.

I must say, I have never seen a Burmese prayer scroll holder of this shape or material, they usually have flat ends or very pointy ends. But of course I haven't seen them all, and Burma/Myanmar is a country with many cultures.
