vase 1.jpg vase 3.jpg Hello! we have had this vase for years (it was left in a house we bought years ago) and i am having a clearout and boxing up stuff for charity but I wonder if it is actually antique? There doesnt seem to be any marks and it looks crudely done! Any help would be appreciated as we are clueless about these kind of things. Thank you.

It is quite crude but it is Japanese satsuma. Probably early twentieth century in my opinion. It is not a valuable item but the charity shop might get a tenner for it.
