An award or gift perhaps Horns marking and raw Hide Help ID purpose

    It stands about 14" tall

    What do those marks mean?

    I did not get a chance to look at the bottom, because the store was closing.

    The supporting "horns" look like they might be boars' tusks.
    Or possibly, depending on size, hippo tusks:

    The size is about 10 " long and at least one of them has been damaged or broken at the tip. I did not see a signature anywhere.

    i don't...the tips are wrong.....
    and the thickness is constant...like the hippo tusks u showed.....

    At any rate, some type of tusk rather than horn or antler. :)
