Anatomically correct China figurine questions.

    I’ve had this for years and kept it because I love his face. Took a closer look and oh my. He’s 3.25” tall and 2” wide. He also appears to have severed his ankle and it was repaired. Questions: Do you think it’s a toothpick or match holder or something else entirely.
    Is he even worth wasting time on or should he go straight to the donate pile?
