IMG_20190806_173940678.jpg thumbnail_002.jpg Howdy Friends-Here' some photos of a little jug I picked-up about 30 years ago. It's about 6 1/2 inches tall, seems to have a faience type glaze on it.It was encrusted with dirt and sand when i found it (buried or underwater),I found it post-excavation in a Thrift Store.
    Thanks For Any Help- Bosko

The only Spanish pottery that uses that green glaze is from Úbeda. The surface motif looks more French to me though.

Thanks invaluable friends,i think it's Provencal too.Just couldn't figure-out what those little wavy lines were about, though each Potter & village has their own motif.

I'm very fond of Provencal pottery like this. Give me some pain de campagne, olive oil and a pichet of local rose gris, and I am a happy camper.

    Very pretty earthy ceramics.
