    The name appears to be "Angelo" or "Angela."

    Central character is a hawker of some sort. Choice of merchandise may just be an excuse to show off skill at still life.

    I'd think it was a 1960s decorative painting. Italian. By someone who knows his Morandi.

    Thanks So many Angelo or Angela's
    I liked it better from a distance, close up it seems amatuerish I agree, or is it meant to look that way. the boy's elbow and arm are elongated. But what I like about it is, It shows an exciting moment in time so eloquently.
