Another Blue on White Charger. Japanese?

    This one is 12 1/4" diameter. Also was very cheap so no worries.
    Any information appreciated.

    Not a bad piece, Chinese, hand painted or at least "hand shaded" ...the border design looks like a transfer and it's possible the main outlines may be transfer too, at first it looked hand painted but after examining the border, not sure. Good quality though and probably easy to sell. Age? Not very old, but so what - it's an ok thing.

    Not sure, quality looks later to me, the mid century stuff was more utilitarian and this is aimed at the fancier markets so I'm thinking maybe late 20th into the 21st c, but just a guess.
