    As with your other necklace, certainly not traditional African, but might have been assembled for the tourist trade. Or just commercial "ethnic" jewelry.

    It is reminiscent of some made in Ethiopia for the tourist trade; there are Indonesian versions that imitate these also; and the beads and pendants from both sources are widely sold in the jewelry-crafting catalogs, so necklaces can be easily assembled from those components by almost anyone.
