I'm 99% sure this is another cheap vase, but I wanted to make sure before I donate it. It's about 14.5" x 6" and 5 lbs. No guess on the charger, which is about 9.75" in diameter x 1.25" and 2.5 lbs.

It's a teapot stand, not a charger. Southern French, probably - art pottery. Colours are typical, I've forgotten the maker I'm trying to remember.

    Vase is a pretty nothing.

Reminds me of Caleca Pottery from Italy. But the bottoms didn't look like that. They were glazed white or what ever the background color was.

Adding I don't think it is Caleca. Just similar.

I think it is probably 1980s/90s imported pottery from Italy, Spain or Portugual. Pretty accents - but not monetary value.

Might be the under plate to a bowl for dip or something similar.

That blue and clay is very typical of Robert Picault Pottery.
