    The mark is the right way up in photo 2 the second and third characters on the right read Meizan (not the Meizan or Yabu Meizan who are renowned Satsuma artists) I can’t read the rest possibly Sei (made) and Kyoto but don’t quote me ion that they are not clear enough.
