Another small pottery piece hallmark initials

Here is another piece I got, what is this one called ? Also has 3 initial hallmark, is it
KIA, if so who is that ?

The shape and size are what was referred to as a "weed pot" back in the 70's (no, not that kind of weed, dried grass.) Studio pottery, I would think. Nice colors, but finding the maker will be awfully difficult, I suspect. And not necessarily 70's age because the shape has been made a lot since then too.

 

It could be conjoined and say Kit V.

Over lapping dipped glaze. Similar to Cressy and Maxwell style.
