Another Vintage pottery cat, identification?

    I can make out the R. and think the first character of the last name is H. Looks Scandinavian to me.

    I can't read that signature, but she looks like she wants you to get up and play with her.

    And I'm not finding ANYTHING on eBay, RubyLane, or Etsy.....BUT did not check under SOLD on any of them either...............yours has a unique, nice look to it!!!!
