    Late 20th century, Not antique.

    yes i think it's japanese,the peacock and the way they use the mark,good luck!

    to me, it is very likely Chinese not Japanese one, because:
    1. the Peacock style image was/is very typical/popular in China.
    2. the chinese mark, 3 characters. they look like 诚山窑 to me. it's also very chinese way to mark the maker of the porcelain.

    It is a 20 century Japanese home decoration piece.
