Antique Bronze 3 Tier Candleholder

I got this candleholder out of a storage I bought at an auction.I'm don't know the maker .Appears to be bronze.There's some type of letters on back,I can't make the letters out.Need a good cleaning.

 

Russian I think. I had one like this,very cheaply made and it had that fungus as well.I painted mine.

However, copy and paste works well, as Jivvy mentioned! (By the way, April07's search worked much better.)
