Antique Candleholder? Brass Strange Looking

    I have no idea what this item is, maybe I've listed it before not sure.Appears to be an old candle holder,but there's a mirror on top and a little chain attached,Any idea what this item is called, no name that I can see.Appears to have a long screw that was attached to bottom cap.     Just a guess,

    Spirit burner or signal lamp, the mirror reflects the flame.
