antique doll head

Can anyone tell something about this antique doll head?
Background? Maker (no marks)? Age? Reference? 3/0 stamped in neck.

Eyes are open holes. Hole at top (for hair?). 37mm high (1,457 inch).
Soft decoration. Not exaggerated.

 

Are those numbers on the back of the neck?

What is the material? Looks bisque porcelain like but you say "soft" decoration?

I think your spot on with "Looks bisque porcelain". Looks as not glazed. Looks as baked smoothened clay.

With "soft decoration" i mean no hard colors.

Unfinished head. No details. Except one cheek looks rosey.

Is that a small hole left side of nose?

Used head. Doll fallen apart somewhere in history and dumped.

Both. The other one doesn't come out as much on these evening pictures with flash. Although their not exactly equal (as if hand painted).
