I recently came across an antique "Berlin-Spreewald" doll "made in Germany." It does not have a signature as to what company made it, however it looks similar to a Schneider Trachten doll, this one being approximately 6" in height. I am not overly familiar with such collectables and have no clue what the market is for these. Any info on this item would be greatly appreciated! image.jpeg

It appears to be a souvenir type doll, not antique. I can't tell what her body material is but in that container it is a light substance .. probably a plastic of some type ... Joy.

I think she is no older than 1970s. Antique is 100 yrs+.
To a collector this doll is too new and too generic, the costume hardly has any detail specific to the region. I can't even give these away where I am.:sorry:

I agree completely - 1970s to 1980s souvenir doll. They go into the "free" bin here. You can give them away sometimes.
