Antique dutch school etching

I just picked up an etching that intrigued me simply because the artist is a mystery as its completely unsigned unfortunately.

Does anyone agree with me that this seem to resemble a Rembrandt? It reminds me of his style at least...

 

It does have that loose sketching style, but it doesn't have the stronger and darker lines Rembrandt used alongside the 'fuzzy' ones.

The little guy seems to be enjoying himself, on his bench with a jug of beer or wine. I think the etching could indeed be Dutch, because he seems to be practising the fine art of doing nothing, for which the Dutch language has a verb: "niksen". Niksen is very important in Dutch life and it contributes to the Netherlands being one of the happiest nations on earth.
