Antique french Rail road poster: CHemin de Fer (pochoir). Any ideas on artist and the age?

I found one of these in a museum but otherwise I have no other information, I presume it is early 19th cent.

 

The British Museum dates the original to 1838.

Celebrates the first passenger rail line in France! Found it in geographicus rare antique maps. Plenty of information there. View attachment 357457
