Antique Fruit Platter?? Or something else?

    Can anyone tell me what this might be?
    So far I know that it has the mark AEJ Anchor Lion and date letter K
    I was thinking a fruit platter since it has fruit on the middle knob. But the cover is throwing me off too. Was it to put ice in the bottom?

    Found the answer! It's a antique floral arrangement and the mesh part is called a frog!
