Hi there I have a solid walnut Gibbard carved drop leaf table. Dimensions are W 10.75 in. by L30.25 in. by H 29.5 in. I would like help identifying the value of this piece . I inherited it from my parents who inherited in from older friend. I believe it is from the 1940 ' or older. Have done some research and was not able to find much info. Would like to get value and find out how best to sell ?

@Mary Ann - I believe that properly, you have a gate-leg table. Welcome to Antiquers.

Pics are not sufficient to really evaluate this but circa 1940 is probably about right for this. Gate leg tables were very popular at that time and there are a lot out there to compare to for value.
