Antique or just vintage?

So I recently had to help go through a family members house and we found a few things that we didn't know anything about. Most of them we were able to figure out thanks to google but there were a couple that we couldn't find anything about. There's a salt and pepper shaker set that I think is lead antimony but also can't seem to find the makers mark anywhere online and then there's some sort of dish that we have no clue about. Any insight that anyone has would be greatly appreciated.

Would you be able to get sharper images of the marks?

 

Here is an item with what appears to be the same mark as your dish. Unfortunately, the seller offers no information.
Just thought it might be helpful here if you weren't able to get a better photo of yours.
