    Can someone help me figure out when the painting was created and where?

    This one isn't as good a quality as the last piece.
    It may have some age, but looks a bit amateurish to me - either that or it could have been badly restored.

    I suspect that's another copy. Perhaps someone who knows original will come along.

    Agreed with all of the above, with no idea on the signature. It's not nearly as attractive as the last one, the backing restoration looks odd, but too dark to really see what's going on back there.
