Hi all, I'm new on here and need some help with a rough valuation of my autns necklace please.
All I know is that it's freshwater pearls. Unfortunately I don't know the quality of the stones.
    Thank you in advance.

Hi @Ask1102, I've done it for you, but future reference, when posting images, you'll need to click the very top image that says "INSERT EVERY IMAGE AS A FULL IMAGE".....much easier for everyone to see!!! Wait for others to chime in and help!!:):) AND WELCOME to ANTIQUERS!!

These do look like pearls. Typically a pearl necklace is knotted between each bead.

Yes, they are freshwater pearls. What I meant with stones are the ones in the brooche. Any idea of its value?

Is the brooch on the far right of the photo? I thought that was a clasp.
It is tiny on the photo, but it looks like clear stones set in silver? It is impossible to tell what kind of stones they are from a photo, especially if it is as small as this.
The brooch(?) is not antique, btw, it looks like 1960s to me.

Can you show a close up of the back of the brooch please?
Have you done the tooth test on the pearls to see if they are gritty? They do look real but I always test.
    No clasp on the pearls?

I suspect that's a costume necklace with nice glass pearls. They're not knotted, and since that has to be a 60s necklace from the design, no knots means no pearls. I'd strongly suspect Marvella on this one. The "stones" look glued, i.e. rhinestones.

I only have the picture with me as well at the moment but when I look closely at the picture it does look like there are knots between the pearls, don't you think?

I'm seeing some, but not between each pearl. I'd expect to see each real pearl individually knotted. It would really help to see the marks on the clasp.
