Hi, I’m new here and wondering if anyone can help me identify this vase. Closest thing I could find online was identified as Old Paris but I’m more curious about the markings. It’s stamped with “428” and has “85” painted on the bottom. There’s another marking if you look closely that appears to be a cursive “M” but it’s hard to tell. Thanks for any and all help! I have a fair few of these, same shape, mostly sans decoration. I'd agree this one looks Austrian/German, but they were also made here.

Looks like a classic Old Paris shape. I've never seen a manufacturer's mark on an Old Paris piece. I don't know if Old Paris is a manufacturer or a general category to describe a location like Limoges describes a location, not a manufacturer. If anyone knows, it would be helpful to gain a better understanding of Old Paris.
