Yet another family piece, unknown origin and date.
A soup bowl, porcelain with hand painted grape leaves pattern. It has no marks, no numbers.
    Any thoughts?

    Size? Covered vegetable dish perhaps?

It's not huge, 23cm with the handles and 15cm with the decorative part on the lid. Grandma said they used it for soup so idk

For soup it should be called a "tureen."

I'm thinking officially a Covered Vegetable dish. A soup tureen would have a notch in the lid for the ladle. But it would work for soup too!

Can someone put a date on it? Or try to guess the origin?

That's gonna be a hard one with no markings. It also might be an IVY pattern rather then a grape leaves. It's hard to tell for sure. I've googled both and found no matches.

Same. Bit those are certainly grape leaves and not ivy. Ivy is different

I agree. It also has those curly tendrils which are typical for grape.
