Could someone please help me identify this pattern and trademark. This set was my grandmother's or great grandmothers. Much appreciated.

    Welcome to the forum jb391au:)
here is the company that made it, looks like your mark was used 1926-35. The pattern is probably the number, 740 - lots of times patterns were just numbers rather than having names

    To Board members..........

Would this be considered Gaudy Welsh?

    Love the pattern and colors.

Methinks not Gaudy Welsh, although the colors are right. It's just not...gaudy...enough.
