Antique WWII era painted urn

Any idea what this urn is from? All we know is that a family member brought it back from fighting in Germany during WWII with Patton's third army. Any insight appreciated!

A closeup photo of the image of the 3 ladies, a photo of the bottom & a clear closeup photo of any marks might help us to identify your piece.

Also, does the lid come off & the sections that go to the eagle handles on the side look strange to me? Are they metal? What does the other side look like & how big it the piece?

Take clear photo of the marks on the bottom and look for a signature near the painting of the three women.

Using a google image search, that urn's form is found to be used by Royal Vienna.

The image of the women is after an original painting by Joseph Frederick Soulacroix (1825 - 1879).
