Picked up these vintage lawn chairs? Picked up because of the ornamentation on the backrests, Very very sturdy made out of aluminum, painting is after the fact. Measures 28"W x 32"D. Unmarked as far as I cam see but coulkd be something under the paint. Any help will be greatly appreciated. The Cs go up and over at their junctions. Thx.
And you think they may be associated with CHANEL because of the backrest design which appears to consist of overlapping Cs? Unlike other French luxury brands, CHANEL was never widely licensed and its first and only license agreement was signed in 1999 for eyewear. The brand has never produced furniture. Also, the CHANEL logo is sans-serif and has been since it was introduced in 1925. Debora
