    Looks late classical, from mid 19th century or so, but any value it might have had as an antique (which wouldn’t have been much) was destroyed when it was cut down and hacked back together at coffee table height.

    Nice if you need a round coffee table for your sofa, though.

    Yes it’s worth $20. But un-hacked and in better condition it was worth more, much more! *sad face*

    Well, you're looking at my dining room table that has three leaves. It came with the house (1850) so I'm not sure which generation of Jon's ancestors acquired it. I found a matching game table at a yard sale fifteen years ago. The top swivels and opens up and you put your cards and board games inside.     I had a games table very much like that once upon a time in St. Pete Fl. I lived in a tiny apt and I used it as the dining table. Left it along with many other things stored with a "friend" and when I returned he had sold it all. No longer a friend after that .
