Any ideas on who the maker is? I first thought of Ed Hardy but I do not believe that is right I thought these might be newer but found a vintage '70s pair in gold and that makes more sense from where they came from Most of the items were '50s through '70s

    Thank you for any help

Are they supposed to be earrings? They look too large for that.

    If they unscrew, piercings.

For sure cufflinks, they don't unscrew. I think they are based on a set T&Co did. I got them in a lot with Harvey Avedon cufflinks and he did a pair like these as well but the initials are wrong for that, I guess. lol

Ok, so they are barbell cufflinks. The only problem is most of the barbell cufflinks unscrew. IDK.

Try some silicone spray on them. It's magical.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

In your second photo it looks like the bar is attached to the ball on the left differently than the ball on the right is attached. So maybe the left is where it unscrews?

Did you try it? Could it come apart? I know you said your hand strength wasn't good. My wrist strength is pretty bad, so I know what you mean.

I tried and then I inspected them more closely with my loupe (which had been unaccounted for at the earlier time). Even though the one looks like it might have screwed off, the other one is definitely soldered and neither screw off or open! No biggie, I think!

    Thank you, everyone

    Have a great evening

At least you tried. Here is what I do for hard to open screwed items. I use two of the round rubber jar openers. Very inexpensive and they work great. You also have a great evening.
