Featured Any Ideas of the Signer's Name

    I bought this and can read most everything except the signer's name. This is a very nice autographed photo. he's not an actor. It's just a regular guy.

    It says To Robert S Hart Esq. with kindest regards

    The second word struck me as 'Regis' & now I can't see it any other way. :cyclops:

    Well, Robert S. Hart, Esq. practiced in White Plains, New York so I'd be looking in Westchester County. Perhaps the photograph is of an elected/appointed official, such as a judge?
