Any idea's of this hallmark

Hello I received this item I believe it to be a oriental hair pin but can't seem to find this hallmark anywhere hopeing someone might recognize it. Thanks.......

you cod flounder around for months and not perch on the right answer, or skate right bass it eel easy, walleye was searching for the halibut.....with no luck !

Cannetile work. Hm. That sort of says Middle Eastern/North African looking at it.
