Featured Any info on painted mica shade lamp?

    Hello, all. We purchased a vintage cast metal table lamp with its original polychrome finish on it. We were drawn to the original mica shade, which is more white than yellow in color, and has hand-painted drawings on each panel. The other panels include a Fleur de Lis, and other kind of Tudor style drawings. The top photo is with the lamp on.

    There are no makers marks on the bottom. We had it retired. It holds two bulbs, and we are using LED bulbs so they do not heat and damage the mica shade.

    I am guessing this is is a 1920s Spanish or Tudor revival lamp. Any information is appreciated.

    Yes... nice lamp. The casting looks like iron, not spelter. If a magnet sticks to it, it's iron.
