Any info on this identified trench art?

    Ive been trying to find some info on one L.L. Herndon who served in WWI in P.W.E. Co. 237. Any help appreciated. I still need to photo the headstamp. Sry for lousy photos, that case is dark, reflective, and unphotogenic.

    I’ve spent some time with Google and familysearch but there are lots of L.L. Herndon, seems most from central Virginia, so anyone who can find the WWI soldier L.L. Herndon who served in PWE 237 is worthy of special recognition and one of my “famous” boxes of misc stuff if desired.
