Hello again, Diane. We are going to need more than just one picture and a simple question such as you have been using. We need measurements, info on where you got the item, how long you've had it, anything you might have been told about it.

Please help us to help you.

The lamp is approximately 15 1/2 inches from the bottom of the base to the top of the top. The base has some sort of triangular stone {marble?} with three rosettes in the corner, and is 8 inches wide. The coloring of the lamp is much like the base which has the etched design on it and doesn't seem to have anything done to it.It come unattached where you can see I unscrewed it a little to show. There are no markings on the lamp that I can see and the bottom is felted. Perhaps I shoud take that off and look. It has new wiring and fixture, The lady I bought it from was more interested in her shades which she crafts by hand, so this is not original either. The only info she could give was she thought it was 1900-1920, I hope this helps and I will also continue to search for any info also. Thank you so much for any help. I appreciate this group so much.

Think this might be a marriage. Top looks to be off a bridge lamp. Base is a typical candlestick lamp.
