Any Information On This Porcelain Two Sided Dish?

    Hi, I’m trying to clear some things out of my house and I’m wondering if anyone has any information on this two sided dish. Is there a more exact name for this style dish? It looks like it may have had a makers mark at one point, but its since worn off.

    Just a guess, but I'd say it had the initials of the hobbyist painter.
