Featured Any interest in stretch glass anymore?

I used to have a small collection of stretch glass that I liquidated a long time ago. Doesn't seem like there is much interest in it these days. Most of what I see listed on ebay isn't even stretch glass but swung glass examples. I did see a few pieces that sold. I know when I had the shop, I could not sell it for anything. Any hope for this category?

Anyway, found this purple example for $2.00 at the thrift and had to buy at that price. Any idea who made this? 6" tall by about 5 1/2" diameter.

Thanks. That does look like it could be it. Not sure that the color matches their royal purple. My vase seems darker and the description on Shetlar Glass calls it light violet. Might need to look at more examples in their color.

Clearly we all have to move to where Brad lives to get the right goods at low prices. LOL

I collected stretch glass for awhile. This does not look like antique/vintage stretch glass. It seems to be more contemporary and it also looks like there's some type of markings on the base (I see a star). But my eyes aren't good enough to see what's there.

Double checked. No marks on base. There is some sticker residue. Base edges do show wear scratches consistent with some age.

I see something that looks like a molded-in mark too. The vase doesn't look like what i'm used to being called "stretch glass". Stretch and swung glass are both selling like hotcakes these days, especially amberina and bittersweet. Turquoise and cobalt blue also don't stick around. The olive green and amber colors are a tougher sell.

Sure looks like Brad's! Pretty thing; some "purple girl" would give that house room in a blind minute.

Think it is pretty definitively Northwood 618. Are those prices in the last link for real? Would be happy even at the low end.
