I just came across this small, just over 5" plate, from Seltmann Weiden. I cannot date it from their logo, so I thought I'd ask here... Edit: Oh, the bandage looking thing is a plate hanger that is affixed to the plate that has a metal loop on it for a nail or hook.

Thanks for that link. I'd seen a few websites like that now and none of them have a match, which is why I posted here. On the site you linked to, the closest is 1-16, but their logo has an E, and mine has a K, and none of them have the plus signs beneath.
Without the logo, I'd be thinking 1960s to early 70s, just from the way they did the rim coloring on the plate. The way the mark is printed makes me think the same thing, but I'm just old not an expert.
