Any specific maker? Candelabra ID

    I found this candelabra a few days ago at a local thrift. I haven't came a rids one that had Claw feet so I bought it. I did look under the bottom and noticed a letter B but that's all I could see with the screw in the way. Is this by a specific maker or just a fancy candelabra by an unknown maker? Also origin? Thank you for any info!
