A friend found this in a storage unit won at auction. It's a old Cuban flag with a plaque under it that says First Cuban flag flown in Hialeah's (a major city populated by a majority of Cubans- even the street signs are in spanish, here in Miami) Jose Marti MTO. Presented to Mayor Raul Martinez

I bought it because I thought Miami would be the perfect spot to sell it. But I can't find a MTO?

I'm thinking a club or bar would want it for decoration?

    Any thoughts?

The old guard Cubans are dying off and the generations born here couldnt care less about Cuba. I oughta know,Im related to half of Miami. Raul Martinez was a corrupt politician who still kept getting elected ???

Hialeah holds an annual Jose Marti parade. Can "MTO" relate to that? I can't find when it started, but seems to be around 2005/6? Raul Martinez was mayor at the time. If you can find who organizes the parade, they might be interested.
